All Levels Welcome – No Experience Needed

Never thrown a punch before? No problem. At Bushin, our doors are open to everyone – from complete beginners to seasoned black belts. You’ll train at your own pace with guidance tailored to your level. We carefully partner students based on size, experience, and ability to ensure every session is safe, effective, and enjoyable.

Start Where You Are

No need to be super fit or flexible before you join – that’s what we’re here to help with! Just turn up in your regular gym gear and jump in. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, step by step.

Train With Confidence

All safety gear is provided, and every class is led by Sensei Stephen – a fully licensed coach under the AMA (the UK’s largest martial arts governing body), first aid trained, and DBS checked. With his experience and support, you can focus on learning and having fun in a safe, encouraging environment.
