Free Self Defence Seminars in Pimlico

Hi guys,

We are going to be running some free self defence seminars in Pimlico to celebrate the new London classes first month.

Keep any eye out for the August event dates, going out on facebook and eventbrite, early next week.

Safety and self protection is such an important aspect of martial arts and, unfortunately, daily life in London these days so we thought we would give people the opportunity to come down have some fun and learn how to protect themselves!

I'm going to run most of these in Pimlico as it's easy to get to, its where my club is and having lived in Pimlico for around 26 years I'd like to do something meaningful for the residents.
