How to do a great rear naked choke - step by step tutorial

I had a bit of a deluge of DMs requesting to see the video of the rear naked choke demo pictures I posted up a little while ago so here it is.

The first video is just an example of how to get a good choke on and avoiding a very common issue that most people have when they are learning it.

Unlike BJJ we don't go to ground unless we have to so you'll see that we do our chokes without getting our hooks in as we are predominantly focused on making sure our technique work in street situations and for self defence applications.
