Sometimes you need to recover from a bad situation.

Grading June 2019

Exciting day! The Central London clubs first grader Endrit earned his yellow belt after a strong performance.

Work we've done in class recently on multiple attackers and atom cover blocks paid off with a really good defensive showing during the 2 on one standing, kneeling and sitting sections.

Still lots to work on but a job well done and some great showings across the board.
